“Don’t Over Do It”

A great way to gauge whether you’re over exerting yourself in your exercise routine, Is if you are so out of breath that you can’t speak…then maybe your routine is too rigorous for now. However; don’t give up, you can always work little by little everyday until you reach your fitness goal. When Working out… talk, sing, count, etc… to assure yourself a Body Friendly Workout.
