Soooooooo…..you’re not feeling that morning run, huh? Well join the club.
*First I must give myself a pep talk to get out of bed to go for a run.
*Secondly; I am constantly reminding myself of the power it brings me physically and how ultra cleansing it is to my mind or I’d probably never run.

Here are some things to do and think about when your blah about going for your run.”

DO:

(1) Get up and out of the Bed 
(2) Stretch 
(3) Shower and gear up
(4) Get a light bite to eat.
(5) HIT THE TRACK. (most times when you get to the track or the gym. You have won the battle, There is usually no turning back! Everyone is there, You are inspired!)

THINK:

(3) Strong 
(4) Energy Boost
(5) Spirit Upliftment
