“The Lymphatic System”

The Lymphatic System’s primary purpose is to carry toxins away from the cells, by collecting and filtering lymph’s, neutralizing and disposing bacteria, toxins etc… then returning its contents to the blood stream. This includes a comprehensible structure of capillaries to transport lymph’s throughout the body.  Lymph nodes are usually stationed in the neck, groin, and arm pits, these collect lymph’s. The three organs that produce white blood cells are scavengers for toxins are the tonsils, spleen, and thymus.

* Research shows that deep breathing each day keeps the lymphatic system flowing. By reactivating the lymph flow you can quickly reverse disease.
