Herpes also know as cold sores are very contagious, so if your not careful you can pass them on to your spouse, your children, or anyone else who you share a glass with or kiss. Oral Herpes is the cousin to Herpes Simplex 2 (genital herpes). The herpes virus can not be cured. So when it’s not presenting itself on or around your lips, It is lying dormant in the nerves near your brain stem. They seem to attack when your body is distracted fighting off a cold.
