Like many foods, chocolate can be harmful to our health if we consistently over indulge, but on the other hand it can have some wonderful benefits when used and eaten in moderation.

Chocolate Lip Gloss Recipe:

(TRIED and TRUE)
11/2 teaspoons of  grated Coco butter
1/2 tsp of coconut oil
1/8 tsp of Vitamin E oil (I used Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
1/4 tsp of Grated Chocolate or 3 small chocolate chips
Method:
(1) In a double broiler or in the Microwave oven, heat the coco butter, coconut oil, and vitamin E oil gently until melted.
(2) Stir in chocolate and keep stirring until melted and well blended.
(3) Pour into a small 1/2 ounce  lip gloss container and allow to cool completely.
